A campaign to raise money and awareness for The Alzheimers Association

Danbury Stairs is celebrating our 40th anniversary. To celebrate, we are joining forces with the Alzheimers Association to honor our past and current customers whose families have been touched by this life altering condition.

We want to specifically raise awareness for The CARESOURCE program which provides aide, support and information for caregivers of patients with Alzheimers.

Did you know that studies have shown that the stress of caring for a loved one with Alzheimers leads to serious health issues for the caregiver? In many cases the patient will outlive the caregiver. The CareSource Program provides direct assistance to these individuals.

We at Danbury Stairs know that Alzheimers is a devastating disease for families. In an effort to increase awareness about the illness, we are selling Savor the Moment mugs to help benefit the Alzheimers Association. The mugs are designed to remind us to take the time to pause and savor every moment of our lives. Each mug is imprinted with useful information for families dealing with these issues.
